We currently have 9 new zealand rabbits. 2 are bucks and the rest are does. We keep them in custom built cages so each rabbit has a 2′ x 2′ outer wire cage and a 2′ x 2′ enclosed house. [Read more…]

The latest addition to the homestead is a small flock of katahdin sheep. This is a breed of ‘haired’ sheep which means they shed and do not need to be sheared. We bought 7 ewes and a ram that are just over a year old. [Read more…]
